Product description
This type of product is mainly used in electric bicycles equipped with inner rotor motors, and is independently developed and produced by our company. The use of the inner rotor motor clutch makes the dynamic balance better, improves the performance of the electric bicycle motor, and has the advantages of long service life, high temperature resistance, low noise, and more stable performance.
技术要求:
1. 基准面A处高频淬火,渗层深度1.5-2mm,渗层硬度为HRC58-62;
2. 工件无毛刺、翻边、开、变形等缺陷;3.齿轮的齿廓需要修缘,齿形表面抛光处理
Technical requirements:
