Product description

This one-way clutch is primarily used in electric bicycles equipped with internal rotor motors, and is independently developed and produced by our company. The use of this clutch rotor results in better dynamic balancing, enhancing the performance of the electric bicycle motor. It boasts advantages such as long service life, high temperature resistance, low noise, and more stable performance.


Technical parameter requirements:

1. Use high-temperature grease filling internally and seal it properly. The working temperature of the grease is -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.

2. Bearing clearance: C3-C5, bearing vibration level: Z2 group.

3. The parts must be cleaned and washed thoroughly before assembly, and it is strictly prohibited to strike the inner and outer rings.

4. The rated torque of the one-way drive is 50N. m, the maximum torque is greater than 80N. m, and the number of clutch transmissions is greater than 300000 times.

5. From the direction of view A, the outer ring remains stationary, while the inner wheel rim rotates in the direction of the rotation arrow shown in the diagram.
